SignFree is a small team operating from Brussels, Belgium. Incident response and support are handled during working hours Central European Time (CET), Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
Outside working hours and on public holidays in Belgium, response times may be slower. Critical issues affecting signing availability are escalated as quickly as possible. Non-urgent issues are queued for the next business day.
Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance when possible. Maintenance is typically scheduled during low-usage hours (evenings or weekends CET).
