Getting around Home after you log in

Getting started

After you log in, SignFree opens on Home (also labeled Upload in the nav). The heading asks: What would you like to do?

This page is your hub. Everything below starts here.

Three primary actions

  1. Quick Send — Upload a document and send it to someone to sign. Takes about two minutes. This is the default path for most requests.
  2. Sign a Document Yourself — Upload a file and add your own signature. No recipients, no email send.
  3. Create Template — Turn a document you send often into a reusable template with placeholders and (optionally) a shareable link.

Sections further down the page

  • Your templates — Recent templates with Send and Copy Link. Use View All to open the full Templates list.
  • Magic Links — Reusable links anyone can sign. Create New opens Quick Send with magic-link delivery selected.
  • Pending Signatures — People still waiting to sign (last two weeks). View All opens Documents filtered to in-progress items.

Nav labels to know

  • Upload — Home (this hub)
  • Documents — My Documents: track, remind, download, copy signing links
  • Templates — Manage reusable templates
  • Clients — Saved contacts for next time

If you dismissed Need a hand getting started?, you can bring it back from Profile → Show Getting started on Home.
